Belgrade’s social scene is divided into two distinct groups: the mainstream crowd and the hipster community. The mainstream crowd values dress codes, fine dining, and maintaining their appearance. The hipster crowd, on the other hand, is growing fast and already has three main hubs that resemble the vibe of Berlin. These areas include Savamala, the most popular spot; the Cetinjska area, featuring an old factory converted into around 100 venues; and the Industrial Dorcol area.

For mainstream spots, reservations, entry codes, and advance bookings are a must. But in the hipster areas, all you need is a good mood, though some places might have a small entry fee.
