One of the standout features of the hotel is its restaurant L\u2019Almandin. Though it recently lost its Michelin Star, it still enjoys a stellar reputation in the region, and a new French chef is aiming to win that star back.<\/p>\n
A new addition after the renovation is the thalassotherapy center, the smallest in France according to hotel owner Xavier Lormand, offering nine cabins for health treatments.
