Editorial information

Articles provide general travel planning information and editorial opinion. They are not individualized legal, medical, financial, immigration or safety advice. A scenario or comparison may not reflect your circumstances, accessibility needs or the current conditions at a destination.

Travel requirements, schedules, prices, access arrangements and operator terms can change. Confirm important details with the relevant provider or public authority before booking or traveling. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every external fact remains current.

Bookings and external services

Tourstreak does not act as a tour operator, hotel, carrier or booking agent. Provider links lead to independent businesses. Your booking agreement, payment, cancellation, refund request and any dispute are between you and that provider.

We do not endorse every offer available on a linked platform. Review the specific listing, total price, exclusions and current terms before buying. External sites have their own privacy policies and terms.

Content and photography

Original Tourstreak text, branding and layout are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may link to our articles and share brief attributed excerpts where permitted by law. Substantial republication, commercial copying or misuse of the brand requires permission.

Photographs have separate licenses and attribution requirements, identified on article pages and in Photo Credits. Creative Commons share-alike requirements apply to the relevant photograph and its adaptations. They do not give permission to copy unrelated Tourstreak text or branding.

Messages and acceptable conduct

Provide accurate contact details and send only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit unlawful material, spam, malware or another person's confidential documents. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it abusively or access private contact records.

Sending a suggestion does not create a publishing, sponsorship or confidentiality agreement. We may consider a suggestion without promising a reply, publication or payment.

Availability and responsibility

The site is provided as available. Hosting interruptions and third-party service failures can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tourstreak is not responsible for indirect losses arising from editorial information or independent provider services. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
